HatsOff (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data or transmit it to external servers. All data entered into the App (including Roles, Schedules, and Usage Logs) is stored locally on your device and synchronized via your personal iCloud account.

• Usage Data: We do not track your usage behavior or sell your data to third parties.
• iCloud Sync: Your data is stored in your private iCloud container, managed by Apple. We do not have access to this data.

3. Data Retention

Since we do not host servers, we do not retain your data. Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account until you delete it.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can export or delete your data at any time directly within the App settings.
