1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Voyara mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voyara is a travel planning and memory organization application that allows users to:

  • Plan trips on an interactive 3D globe
  • Organize travel destinations and memories
  • Create custom collections and tags
  • Access premium features through subscription

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Trial

  • New users receive a 5-day free trial of premium features
  • Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
  • Only one free trial per device

3.2 Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscription: $3.99 USD per month (auto-renewable)
  • Annual Subscription: $39.99 USD per year (auto-renewable)
  • Lifetime Purchase: $99.99 USD (one-time payment)

3.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

3.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods

4. User Accounts and Data

4.1 User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create in the App
  • You grant Voyara a license to store and process your content to provide the service
  • You are responsible for backing up your data

4.2 Data Storage

  • Data is stored locally on your device
  • Premium users can access cloud synchronization
  • We do not access or view your personal travel data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://voyara.app/privacy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Ownership

  • Voyara and all related trademarks are owned by Mauriello
  • The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

7.2 Third-Party Content

  • Map data provided by Apple Maps
  • Icons from SF Symbols (Apple)

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Features may be modified or discontinued with notice

8.2 Travel Information

  • Voyara is a planning tool only
  • Always verify travel requirements and restrictions independently
  • We are not responsible for travel decisions made using the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Voyara is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

10. Termination

10.1 By You

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • Delete the App from your device to terminate

10.2 By Us

  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
  • Material changes will be communicated through the App

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users who download the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and Mauriello, not Apple
  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
  • In case of App failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
